The staff was amazing!!! i really appreciated their help with directions and local tips. the location was central. I walked to many attractions. the room was clean and well kept. I had a comfortable sleep!!!

The hotel is close to the central station. It is only a short walk. many shops and restaurants are also nearby. Everything i needed was just steps away!!! i was very satisfied!!!

I found the location to be very convenient with easy access to major attractions. The receptionists were all very kind and accommodating. They allowed me to store luggage before check-in. The room was also clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated.
I did notice a slight odor from the restroom and some stains on the carpet. It was not severe but noticeable.

the location was excellent! i'd say it's a three star, perfect for what we needed. lots of restaurants were around, convenient. the central station was also nearby!
the rooms weren't very clean and i found old snoring nose strips stuck to the ground from a previous guest. there was also a fridge, though no logically accessible socket was present to plug it in. the kettle was located under the tv. the socket was half way up the wall!

I found the location to be very convenient. The staff were helpful. They quickly assisted me with directions. I also appreciated the early check-in because my room was ready when I arrived (lucky me!).
I noticed some stains on the carpet in the room. I hope they will clean it soon.
